Meet Rebekah.
She founded Storm in 2017 and has been in the beauty industry since 2013. Before that, she spent 8 years as a recruiter in higher education. Her beauty career began in New York, working with top editorial artists and educators, producing backstage hair and makeup for New York Fashion Week and brand photoshoots alongside Vivienne Mackinder, former Fashion Director of Intercoiffure America Canada.
Today she runs Storm: the strategy, the brand storytelling, the design, and the decision about what a salon should be known for before a single post goes out. One studio handling all of it, not five vendors who never speak to each other.
